Mentor Bridge is a new cross-border collaboration connecting leading innovation actors from Hungary, Estonia, and Slovakia with one shared mission: to strengthen youth entrepreneurship through structured, high-quality mentorship.
The consortium brings together organisations with complementary expertise in youth work, entrepreneurship education, innovation consulting, and startup acceleration. By combining their experience, the partners are developing a mentorship framework that is both locally embedded and transferable across Europe.
The project is coordinated by Design Terminal, an international innovation agency with extensive experience in building mentorship-driven startup programs. Drawing on years of methodological development and community-based innovation practice, Design Terminal leads the creation of a structured, scalable mentoring model within Mentor Bridge.
From Estonia, Civitta Eesti contributes deep expertise in entrepreneurial education, startup advisory, and industry engagement. With a strong track record in supporting young founders and connecting them to growth opportunities, Civitta plays a key role in shaping the project’s mentorship model and ensuring real market relevance.
In Slovakia, Civitta Slovakia adds experience in startup ecosystem development, investment readiness, and collaboration with SMEs and public institutions. Their work strengthens the project’s capacity-building dimension and ensures that young entrepreneurs receive practical, industry-aligned support.
Together, the partners are not simply sharing best practices, they are co-creating a joint mentorship framework that connects youth workers, mentors, and young founders across borders. The result will be a structured yet flexible model that helps bridge the gap between early-stage ideas and real entrepreneurial pathways.
Mentor Bridge represents more than a partnership: it is a step toward a more connected, resilient European youth entrepreneurship ecosystem – built on collaboration, shared knowledge, and meaningful mentorship.
